A top-up session, also known as a touch-up or follow-up appointment, is typically scheduled 4-8 weeks after the initial ombré brow procedure for several reasons: *Healing and settling *Colour adjustment *Filling in any sparse areas *Refining shape *Longevity and maintenance
Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes circumstances require appointments to be rescheduled or canceled. However, as a small business, my time is valuable, and missed appointments affect my ability to accommodate other clients. Therefore, I have implemented the following cancellation policy. Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total appointment cost. Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior notification will be considered a "no-show." No-shows will be charged 100% of the total appointment cost. Clients may reschedule appointments without penalty if done within the notification period and subject to availability. I understand that emergencies happen. If you have a genuine emergency that prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
